El fentanilo act\u00faa sobre los receptores opioides en el cerebro y la m\u00e9dula espinal, mientras que el ibuprofeno act\u00faa principalmente sobre las ciclooxigenasas (COX) para reducir la inflamaci\u00f3n y el dolor.
